Builder construction quality in Noida is mostly paper talk. Jaypee Klassic Heights mein bhi log issues bolte hain. Kids moved out, so I need a small, low-maintenance flat. Are current maintenance charges actually worth the service? Change my mind.

Totally agree U1! Jaypee ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. My friend had a terrible experience with their project near Alpha II. Maintenance toh bas naam ka hota hai, services zero.
