Jaypee Krescent Homes mein construction quality ko leke bahut worries hain mujhe. I'm so fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab theek lag raha hai. But I'm really worried about the actual quality after a year or two. Builder toh sab best bolte hain but post-possession kya haal hota hai? Jaypee Krescent Homes mein log bolte hain seepage issues aate hain, fittings bhi loose ho jaate hain. Plus, water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker pe depend karna padta hai kya, ya society ka tank capacity sahi hai? Aur elevators ka maintenance kaisa hai, frequent breakdowns toh nahi? Any existing residents, please share your experience. Kya yeh genuine home ban sakta hai ya sir dard?
