Totally agree U1. I'm also a first-time buyer and Jaypee ke naam se Google search pe sirf negative news aati hai. Krescent Homes ka price range ₹62 L – ₹1.8 Cr hai, itna bada investment hai, risk lena mushkil hai. Dubai se dekh rahe ho, aur bhi mushkil hoga trust karna.
Jaypee ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Bhai, inka track record toh sabko pata hai. Noida mein kitne projects phanse hue hain inke, especially near Alpha I Greater Noida. Quality toh chodo, possession hi mil jaaye time pe, wahi badi baat hai. Resale value toh tab sochoge jab ghar milega. Mera ek friend Alistonia Estate mein phasa hua hai, 7 saal se wait kar raha hai.
Lekin Krescent Homes alag hai, suna hai ab management change hua hai. Maybe they're trying to improve? Just heard.
