I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, man. You really see through the marketing spin when it's your own money. I'm looking at Jaypee Krescent Homes for an investment, thinking about long-term rental yield and resale. I know what builders don't tell you, but I need ground reality checks. How's the construction quality holding up after a year or two? Are people seeing cracks, seepage, or fitting issues that lead to unexpected maintenance? Also, what about the promised amenities vs. what actually got delivered? Did they really finish the clubhouse, or is it still a shell? These things seriously impact tenant attraction and future maintenance costs, affecting ROI. Any honest feedback would be super helpful.
