Krescent Homes mein toh price range bhi ₹62 L – ₹1.8 Cr hai, itne mein toh Ajayabpur side ya Alistonia Estate mein better options mil jaate hain with bigger carpet area. Always check the actual built-up vs carpet area, ye log bahut khelte hain numbers ke saath. First-time buyers ko bahut careful rehna chahiye.
Exactly! Is price range mein bohot builders hain jo better value de rahe hain. Aur builder ka track record dekhna bahut zaroori hai. Sirf glossy brochures pe mat jao. Ek site visit mein sab clear nahi hota, neighbors se baat karni chahiye jo already reh rahe hain.

Bhai, you are definitely not alone. Jaypee ka toh ye puraana tareeka hai. They always exaggerate carpet area on paper. My friend also faced this in their other project near Alpha 2. Balcony ka toh kehna hi kya, bas naam ki hoti hai, sirf ek AC unit rakhne ki jagah dete hain.
