Jaypee Krescent Homes maintenance fees: Is it just me?

₹7500 for maintenance at Jaypee Krescent Homes feels steep. Just moved in last month and honestly, the service quality doesn't match. Club facilities are okay, but lifts are slow and common areas feel neglected. Are others seeing this too? What are we actually paying for, really? Change my mind.
