Moon Court completed hai, but in general, Jaypee ke projects mein delivery issues aur quality concerns bahut rahe hain. ₹60L for a 2BHK seems okay *if* everything else is perfect. But is it? Main toh kaafi skeptical hoon. Kya builder ne sab RERA compliances poore kiye the, especially since it got possession in 2016? Ek baar paper work check kar lena, bahut zaroori hai.
