Jaypee or ATS: Better for long-term investment?

I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. I've been considering both Jaypee and ATS. What do you think about their projects? Has anyone here invested in either? I'm mainly concerned about long-term ROI and resale value. Which one is better in that regard? Also, what's your experience with their construction quality and project delivery? I've heard mixed reviews about delays. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has a better track record for on-time delivery? Any suggestions? I'm also concerned about maintenance. Which one offers better after-sales support? Mujhe advice chahiye! Thanks!
