posted on 24 MarJaypee or ATS for investment in Noida? Help!
Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Can't visit for site inspections easily. Jaypee and ATS, which one is better for long-term ROI? Seen some projects, but confused about their on-time delivery. Has anyone experienced delays with either of them? Mujhe advice chahiye. Also, what about resale value down the line? Will need a property manager, so rental potential is important too. Kya pata hai aap logon ko?

Honestly, Noida is a headache. But if you do your homework, you can find a good deal. Just be patient and don't rush into anything.
Final advice: ATS is generally safer, but do a thorough background check of the specific project you choose. Good luck!
Market is hot right now. Rates are going up because of the new metro line extension. Factor that in when you're calculating ROI.
I've heard good things about ATS Pious Hideaways. Anyone have experience with that project?
Pious Hideaways is good, but a bit far from the main road. Connectivity is a slight issue.
Long term ROI is tough to predict. But generally, properties near metro stations and good schools have better resale value. Keep that in mind.
Property manager ke liye, check online reviews. Many agencies are available in Noida. Ask for references and compare their fees.
So, which project are you leaning towards now? Have you shortlisted anything?
I'd lean towards ATS, but honestly, Noida real estate is a gamble. Be prepared for delays and unexpected costs. Keep a buffer for those 'extra charges' builders love to add.
What's your budget? That will help narrow down the options. Sector 150 is premium, other areas might be more affordable.
Avoid Jaypee Wishtown like the plague! So many pending cases and unfinished towers. ATS is definitely the lesser evil.
Possession status kya hai in the projects you're considering? Check the RERA website for the latest updates. It's usually more accurate than what the builder tells you.
Exactly! Builders always give rosy pictures. RERA is your best friend in Noida.
And even RERA can be slow to act sometimes. It's a long process. Keep that in mind.
Rental potential dekho. Near metro stations, you'll get good tenants. Sector 75, 76, 77 are good options. Check these locations for both Jaypee and ATS projects.
Before investing, check the encumbrance certificate. Ensure the property is free from any legal issues. This is very important, especially with Jaypee.
Which specific ATS projects are you looking at? ATS Greens Village is good, but the prices are quite high. ATS One Hamlet is also decent.
RERA number check karo bhai! Don't trust anyone blindly. And get a property lawyer to review the documents.
Don't just go by brand name. Look at RERA registration and completion timelines. Jaypee has a lot of stuck projects. ATS is relatively better, but even they have faced delays in some projects. Check sector wise reviews online.
ROI ke liye, location is key. Sector 150 mein ATS ka project is good, near the sports city. But Jaypee Greens mein bhi some good deals are there, if you can negotiate well. But delivery is a risk with Jaypee, yaar.
Sector 150 is overpriced now, isn't it? Heard the average rate is touching 7k/sqft. Is it really worth it?
Jaypee Greens is HUGE. Which sector are you talking about? Some sectors are better maintained than others.
I invested in Jaypee Greens Klassic Heights back in 2010. Possession mila 2018 mein! 8 years delay! Never again. ATS is a better bet, but still, do your due diligence.
ATS all the way! Jaypee is too risky. I have friends who are still waiting for possession. But remember, even with ATS, check the builder-buyer agreement carefully. They are all the same, promise everything, deliver nothing!
Bhai, Dubai se investment? Good thinking! Both are big names, but Jaypee... hmmm... Their track record is patchy. ATS is generally safer, but depends on the project. Which projects are you considering?
