Thinking of upgrading my 2BHK. Jaypee Green's delivery record is okay, but ATS's maintenance charges are high, right? What do you think, should I consider resale value also? Batao yaar!

So, what did you decide, OP? Jaypee or ATS? Tell us!
Yeah, spill the beans! We're all curious.
I think location is more important than the builder. A good location will always give you better returns.
Anyone knows what's the current registry charges in Noida? Last I checked it was different for men and women.
Yes, still different. Women get a slight discount. Check the official government website for the latest rates.
Before you book, check the amenities completion. I made that mistake, and the swimming pool is still not ready after 2 years.
Honestly, both have their pros and cons. Depends on your risk appetite and budget. If you want peace of mind, go for ATS, even with the high maintenance.
Remember, the market is hot right now. Interest rates are rising. Don't rush into a decision. Do your research properly.
I sold my Jaypee apartment last year at a loss. Lesson learned. Stick to reputed builders, even if they are expensive.
Don't forget to factor in the stamp duty and registration charges. It adds up quickly!
True that! And broker commission. These hidden costs kill you!
I heard ATS is launching a new project in Sector 132. Anyone has any info on that?
Yeah, I saw the ad. Very expensive, but the location is prime. Right next to the expressway.
Sector 132 is becoming the new hotspot. Lots of development happening there.
Builder ne phir se possession date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida real estate in a nutshell.
Noida mein property lena matlab dimaag ka dahi karna. So much uncertainty!
I bought a resale in ATS Village 3 years ago. Happy with the location and amenities. But the society is getting old now. Maintenance is a constant issue.
Resale value is all about location, connectivity, and amenities. Check Sector 150, rates are around 7k/sqft now. New metro line is coming up, so it's a good investment.
Which floor are you looking at? Higher floors generally have better resale value, especially if they have a good view.
ATS Grandstand is a good option. But very expensive. Check that out. But yeah, maintenance is high in all ATS projects.
ATS is definitely the safer bet, but maintenance is a killer! I'm paying almost 20k per month for my 3BHK. Think about that too.
Don't just look at the brand name. Check the specific project. Some ATS projects are also delayed. RERA registration number check karo, and see the completion timeline.
Bhai, I invested in Jaypee Greens 5 years ago. Abhi tak possession nahi mila. Avoid Jaypee at all costs. Mera personal experience hai.
Oh man, that sucks! Which project was it? Sector batao.
U6, have you filed a complaint with RERA? You should. They are actually quite effective now.
Jaypee Green toh delivery issues ke liye famous hai bhai. ATS is definitely better in terms of construction quality. Resale value toh location pe depend karta hai, not just the builder. Which sector are you looking at?
Maintenance charges are a pain with ATS, true. But Jaypee... bhai, woh toh lottery hai. Possession kab milega, koi guarantee nahi. Resale value ka socho toh ATS is better, slightly.
Slightly? I think ATS resale is WAY better. Jaypee projects are selling at a discount compared to comparable ATS projects in the same area.
Haan, ATS ka brand value hai. Jaypee is struggling. Although, some Jaypee projects are quite good, like Wishtown maybe?
