Jaypee or ATS? Noida mein kaun better hai?

Okay, controversial opinion, but everyone glorifies ATS. But, bhai, their maintenance charges post-possession are crazy, right? I've heard Jaypee's construction quality is decent. What do you think? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with either builder? My parents keep saying ATS is safer, but I'm not sure if it's worth the extra cost. Which one gives better resale value down the line? Mujhe advice chahiye, guys! Change my mind!
