Fed up of renting, yaar! Finally taking the plunge. Jaypee Greens or ATS? Which one is better for on-time delivery? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with either? Kya ATS projects mein resale value achi milti hai? So confused, bhai. I'm looking for genuine advice before I book. Don't want any surprises later!

So, what did you decide, OP? Jaypee or ATS?
One more thing: check the builder's financial health. Are they heavily indebted? That could impact project completion.
Yaar, property rates are so high now. Is it even the right time to buy?
Don't just look at the builder's name, look at the specific project. Some Jaypee projects are better than others. But ATS is generally a safer bet.
My personal opinion: ATS. Pay a little extra, but get peace of mind. Jaypee is too risky.
Before finalizing anything, check the builder's track record on RERA website. Kitne projects delayed hain?
Sector 150 is hot right now. New metro line coming up, and lots of green spaces. But prices are also inflated.
What's your budget? That will narrow down your options. And are you looking for ready-to-move or under construction?
Possession status kya hai ATS projects mein? Specifically, Golf Meadows?
Golf Meadows is mostly ready. But check for OC - Occupancy Certificate before you book.
OC is crucial! Otherwise, you'll be stuck in limbo.
I booked a flat with Jaypee in 2012. Still waiting for possession! Case is in NCLT. Avoid Jaypee like the plague!
Resale value? ATS generally commands a premium, especially in well-maintained societies. But location matters a lot too. Which sector are you looking at?
I bought in Jaypee Greens Kensington Park 3 years ago. Possession delayed by 18 months! But the apartment is good, and the amenities are decent. Still, the stress was immense.
ATS is better managed. Jaypee's maintenance is a joke. My friend lives in Jaypee Wish Town, and he's constantly complaining about something or the other.
Bhai, before you decide, physically visit the sites, talk to current residents. Don't just rely on online reviews.
ATS resale value is definitely better. I sold my ATS flat in Sector 150 last year for a good profit.
On-time delivery? Noida mein? Good luck with that! Seriously though, check RERA registration and completion dates very carefully for both. Don't trust what the builder says.
Exactly! RERA website is your best friend. And get a lawyer to review the agreement, especially the clauses about delays and penalties.
I'm in the same boat! Looking at ATS Green, but the price is quite high. Anyone has any recent experience with ATS Green?
ATS Green is good, but crowded. Sector 93A is becoming too congested, traffic is a nightmare.
Hidden charges toh sab mein hote hain, bhai. Car parking, club membership, maintenance... read the fine print!
True that! And don't forget the IFMS - Interest Free Maintenance Security. They'll try to sneak that one in.
Bhai, I feel you! Rent is killing me too. Jaypee and ATS, both have their pros and cons. Jaypee used to be good, but now... ATS is generally better regarded for quality, but delayed possession is a risk with almost everyone in Noida.
ATS any day! Jaypee ka toh naam hi kharab ho gaya hai. Heard too many horror stories about their projects getting stuck.
