Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida. What do you think about Jaypee versus ATS? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with either of them at possession? I'm hearing mixed reviews. Also, which one is better for resale value down the line? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their construction quality? I'm so confused! Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one should I consider, yaar?

Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida reality!
Hidden charges are negotiable! Don't be afraid to bargain.
Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. If you want a safer bet, go with ATS. If you are willing to take a bigger risk for potentially higher returns (unlikely with Jaypee), then maybe consider them. But I wouldn't.
So, what did you decide? Which one are you leaning towards?
ATS ka track record is better, but don't blindly trust anyone. Visit the site multiple times, talk to existing residents, and do your research.
Don't forget to factor in the registration charges and stamp duty. It's a big expense!
Construction quality wise, ATS is miles ahead. Jaypee uses cheaper materials.
Be careful – both builders have delayed projects. Check their completion rate before investing.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Expect to pay a premium for ATS projects.
ATS is definitely better, but their prices are usually higher too. Budget kya hai aapka?
Budget is around 1.5 Cr. Thinking of a 3BHK.
1.5 Cr mein Sector 150 mein toh mushkil hai, unless you are looking at smaller units or resale.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in a Jaypee project. They promised everything, but only delivered half.
Possession status kya hai for the projects you are considering? RERA website pe check karo. It will give you a realistic timeline.
Haan, RERA is your best friend in Noida. Use it wisely!
I bought in ATS Greens Village 3 years ago. Possession mila on time, and the construction quality is good. But maintenance charges are a bit high.
Resale value ke liye, location is key. Which sector are you looking at? Sector 150 is hot right now because of the sports city and connectivity.
Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the status of Jaypee Greens Klassic? Anyone invested there?
Last I heard, Klassic is still struggling. Bahut delay hai. Better to avoid, I think.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I was considering Jaypee Aman. Thankfully, I backed out after seeing the construction progress. It was a mess!
Bhai, both are risky, honestly. Jaypee ka toh sabko pata hai kya haal hai. ATS is better but still, be very careful. Hidden charges toh har koi lagaata hai yaar, it's a Noida builder thing.
Totally agree yaar, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Check RERA registration properly before investing.
Haan, RERA registration is a must. But even then, they find ways to delay. Mera experience toh bahut kharab raha hai with almost all Noida builders.
ATS is generally considered better for construction quality and timely possession. But resale value depends on the specific project and location. Sector 150 mein ATS projects are doing well compared to Jaypee Wishtown.
Hidden charges? Of course, they'll be there! Kuch na kuch toh nikaal lenge. Advocate se baat karlo before signing anything. They are experts in this khel.
Jaypee? Are you serious? Bhai, stay away. They are in deep debt. ATS is a safer bet, but do your due diligence.
Debt toh sabke upar hai aajkal. Even ATS has loans. The question is can they deliver?
