I'm considering buying a property in Noida. I've narrowed it down to projects by Jaypee and ATS. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? I'm prioritizing on-time delivery. Also, which one offers better amenities and features in their projects? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which builder has better resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye!
