Jaypee or ATS: Which builder is better in Noida?

Hey folks, I'm looking at properties in Noida and confused between Jaypee and ATS. What's your take on their construction quality these days? Has anyone experienced delays with either of them recently? Which one offers better value for money, considering the price per sqft? I'm mainly looking for investment purposes. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their resale value? Which one would you recommend and why? Mujhe advice chahiye!
