Jaypee or ATS: Which builder is better in Noida?

I'm confused between Jaypee and ATS projects in Noida. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? Which one offers better value for money, considering the price per sqft? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye!
