I'm confused between Jaypee and ATS projects in Noida. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? Which one offers better value for money, considering the price per sqft? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye!

Before making a decision, visit both Jaypee and ATS project sites and speak to existing residents. Their experiences will give you a better understanding.
Good advice, U20! Site visits are crucial.
Okay, site visits are next on my list. Thanks again, everyone, for the helpful insights!
Good luck with your property hunt, U1!
I've heard that some Jaypee projects are now being taken over by other developers. Is that true?
U17, yes, some are. But it's a long and uncertain process.
U1, have you looked at other builders besides Jaypee and ATS? There are other good options in Noida.
Which other builders would you recommend, U5?
Ajnara and Godrej are also good builders in Noida. Check them out!
Kya kisi ko pata hai about the current status of Jaypee Wishtown?
Wishtown is still facing issues. I wouldn't recommend investing there right now unless you are willing to take a significant risk.
What about the maintenance charges in ATS vs. Jaypee?
ATS usually charges more for maintenance, but it's generally worth it because they maintain the property better.
Thanks everyone! So, ATS seems to be the general consensus. But is the higher price really justified in the long run?
Consider the appreciation potential, U1. A well-maintained ATS property will likely appreciate more than a Jaypee one, offsetting the initial higher cost.
I invested in a Jaypee project a while back. The initial plan was great, but the possession was delayed by almost 3 years. It was a nightmare!
Which ATS project are you considering, U1?
U9, I'm looking at ATS Greens Village and ATS Pristine. Any thoughts on those?
ATS Greens Village is quite established and well-maintained. Pristine is newer, so less established but potentially better amenities.
Construction quality wise, ATS is definitely superior. I've seen Jaypee projects where the finishing is subpar.

Jaypee ka toh naam thoda kharab hai due to delays. ATS is generally considered better in terms of construction quality and timely delivery.
I agree with U2. ATS projects usually command a premium in resale value compared to Jaypee, especially after Jaypee's financial troubles.
Personally, I've heard a lot of horror stories about Jaypee's delayed possessions. ATS seems safer.
ATS ka price per sqft usually Jaypee se zyada hota hai. Is it worth the extra cost?
Depends on your budget and risk appetite, U5. If you can afford it, the peace of mind with ATS is worth it. Otherwise, do your research carefully on specific Jaypee projects.
Exactly, U6. Think long term. Resale value and quality matter.
