Jaypee or ATS: Which builder is better in Noida?

I'm planning to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 44. Thinking of a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. Dekh raha hoon Jaypee aur ATS projects. ATS ka construction quality sahi hai, but Jaypee offers better payment plans. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their on-time delivery? Heard some ATS projects got delayed. Is the price jump worth it for ATS? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Mujhe advice chahiye, which one is better in terms of ROI and resale value?

Don't forget to check the builder-buyer agreement carefully. They often have clauses that favour the builder.

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. ATS projects are generally higher priced than Jaypee.

ROI ki baat kar rahe ho? Noida Extension mein dekho, plenty of options. ATS Grandstand is good, but pricey. Jaypee Greens bhi kuch sectors mein theek hai, but be very careful.
