I'm planning to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 44. Thinking of a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. Dekh raha hoon Jaypee aur ATS projects. ATS ka construction quality sahi hai, but Jaypee offers better payment plans. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their on-time delivery? Heard some ATS projects got delayed. Is the price jump worth it for ATS? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Mujhe advice chahiye, which one is better in terms of ROI and resale value?

Don't forget to check the builder-buyer agreement carefully. They often have clauses that favour the builder.
