Jaypee or ATS? Which builder is more reliable?

ATS claims superior construction, but Jaypee offers better prices. Honestly not sure which to trust. On-time delivery track record kiska sahi hai? Change my mind.

Don't trust either blindly. RERA registration check karo, completion dates dekho. And visit the actual site.

Jaypee? Seriously? They've got so many projects stalled! ATS is safer, even with the price difference. My two cents.

ATS Greens Village mein mera flat hai. Construction is top-notch, but amenities are still incomplete after 5 years! Be careful about what they promise.

Exactly! Noida extension mein sabka yahi haal hai. Koi bhi builder time pe nahi deta.
