Jaypee or ATS: Which builder offers better value?

So, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. I've been looking at Jaypee and ATS projects. What do you think about their quality of construction? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Jaypee ka track record delivery timelines ke maamle mein kaisa hai? I've heard mixed reviews. ATS seems more premium, but is it worth the extra cost? Which one is better for long-term investment and resale value? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their customer service after possession? I'm confused. Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend and why? Any suggestions?
