Hi everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida. What do you think about Jaypee Greens vs. ATS? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? I'm mainly concerned about on-time delivery and construction quality. Which one is better in terms of resale value and future appreciation in Noida? Any advice would be appreciated! ATS is generally considered more reliable for on-time delivery and quality. Jaypee has had some well-documented delays in the past.
