Jaypee or ATS: Which Noida builder is better?

Looking to invest in Noida, but confused between Jaypee and ATS. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? I've heard Jaypee's projects sometimes face delays, is that still the case? ATS seems a bit pricier, but is it worth the extra cost in terms of better amenities and resale value? Which one would you recommend for long-term investment, considering both ROI and potential rental income? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their customer service after possession?
