I'm looking at 3BHKs near Pari Chowk. Jaypee Greens seems nice, but heard about delays. Supertech bhi options hain, but wife wants a safe society for kids. Has anyone faced issues with possession from either? Which one is better for long-term family living? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!
