Jaypee ka naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai yaar. Orchards completed hai, good, but unka track record toh sabko pata hai. Noida Extension mein bahut options hain. Resale mein liquidity ka issue rehta hai aise projects mein, especially if initial pricing was high. Koi real numbers hain appreciation ke?
