Jaypee Orchards Noida: Price Sahi hai kya wahan ka?

Kya kisi ne Jaypee Greens Orchards, Sector 131 Noida ka video dekha hai? I saw one and it shows some nice 3/4 BHKs. But honestly, jo price point wahan dikhaya hai, I'm not sure if it's justified. Location theek hai, amenities bhi hain. Is it really worth that much for that area? What do you guys think? Is it good value for money in Noida right now?
