Since taking possession of my flat in Jaypee The Castille II a couple of months back, I've been noticing a few things that make me wonder. The grand clubhouse, for instance, looks great in the brochure but feels like a ghost facility most days. Is it just us, or do other Noida Extension societies also struggle with actual daily usage of these big amenities? It's there, but not buzzing, you know? Also, the parking allocation was a big one for us. We got reserved, thankfully, but I've heard horror stories from other blocks about lottery systems. How transparent and fair was parking in your projects? Genuinely curious if this is common or if I just need to give it more time. Any first-hand experiences would be super helpful.
