Just moved into Jaypee The Orchards 3 months back, and honestly, the possession experience was a nightmare. Builder ne jo commit kiya tha, woh sab nahi mila. Brochure mein pool, gym sab top-notch dikhaya tha, but reality mein maintenance poor hai aur half of it isn't even functional properly.
