Just moved into Jaypee Pavilion Court two months back, and honestly, thoda frustrate ho raha hoon. The possession itself was okay, but the actual 'total cost' for living here is way more than what was projected. Broker aur sales team ne bola tha maintenance barely ₹3/sqft hoga. Now, it's closer to ₹4.5, plus extra for common area power backup, club membership, aur parking upkeep. Matlab, EMI ke saath yeh hidden charges add hoke budget pura hil gaya hai. Builder brochure mein ye sab details clear nahi the, ya shayad maine miss kar diye. Greater Noida mein completed projects mein kya ye normal hai? Anyone else faced such a jump in actual expenses post-possession? Kya koi way out hai ya bas accept karna padega?
Okay, I'll be honest — I'm finding this 3BHK upgrade search way more confusing than I thought. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm eyeing Jaypee The Pavilion Court. Looks great on paper, but daily life yahan kaisa hai? Are the amenities genuinely useful ya sirf show-off... aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya isolated feeling aati hai?
