Tiara Tower ka possession 2019-12-01 ka tha, toh technically completed hai, but I've heard stories about maintenance issues and common area upkeep. At this price point (₹1.4 Cr – ₹2.8 Cr), you expect premium service, but sometimes these established builders bhi disappoint karte hain. Ajayabpur ke paas bhi kuch projects dekhe hain, wahan rates thode better hain aur builders ka focus bhi zyada dikhta hai.

Sahi baat hai, this carpet area vs super area thing is a scam for new buyers. Tiara Tower mein, jo dikhta hai, utna milta nahi hai. My friend visited it and said the actual living space felt much smaller than what the brochures claimed based on super area. It's frustrating when you're paying such a huge amount.
