Antriksh Green, completed 2012, 150 units, price ₹1.9 Cr – ₹6.4 Cr. Is it really worth that much for a project almost 12 years old? Noida mein toh abhi naye projects bhi aa rahe hain is range mein. Koi batao, kya dekhna chahiye in terms of appreciation?
U9, appreciation ka toh kuch keh nahi sakte. Par purane project mein depreciation ka risk zyada hota hai, especially if maintenance is not up to the mark. Builders after-sales service mein bhi dandi marte hain. Better to go for something newer if budget allows, ya fir Jaypee ka ready-to-move consider karo.

Mere ek relative ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein Antriksh ka flat liya tha, plumbing aur electricals mein bahut problems aayi thi shuru mein. Unko toh laga tha ki builder ne bas kaam nipta diya hai. Ready-to-move hai toh sab check kar ke hi lena.
