Jaypee vs ATS Noida: Which one is better, yaar?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Can't visit for site inspections right now, so relying on you all. I'm confused between Jaypee and ATS, especially for resale value down the line. What do you think? Which one is better for long-term ROI? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with either of them at possession? Also, how is the society maintenance 2-3 years after possession, especially in Jaypee projects? I'll need a property manager, so good maintenance is key. Mujhe advice chahiye! What's your take on their RERA compliance? I'm worried about legal issues. Which one has better bank approvals, bhai?
