I'm thinking of upgrading to a villa. Has anyone experienced plaster cracks with Jaypee after possession? ATS looks good, but is the price jump worth it? Mujhe advice chahiye.

Jaypee ka Wishtown toh pura jungle bana hua hai. Development slow hai.
New metro line is coming up near Pari Chowk. That might affect property prices in the long run. Keep that in mind.
Rising interest rates are also a concern. Think carefully before taking a big loan.
Thanks everyone for the advice! I'm leaning towards ATS, but will definitely do a thorough inspection and negotiate on the price. Will keep you all posted.
Good luck, U1! Hope you find the perfect villa.
Mera bhi same experience tha with plaster cracks in my apartment in Noida Extension. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.
Possession mila kya, U17?
ATS is definitely a safer bet, but negotiate hard! They always inflate the initial price.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Now I'm paying maintenance for amenities that don't even exist!
ATS is a premium brand, no doubt. But are you comparing apples to apples? What's the sqft area, location, and amenities offered by both villas?
I heard ATS is launching a new project near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Check that out too.
Don't just look at the brand name. Check the specific project reviews. Some Jaypee projects are better than others.
True. Location matters a lot too. Jaypee Greens in Pari Chowk is different from Jaypee Wishtown.
Anyone know what's the current average rate per sqft in Sector 131 for villas?
Last I checked, around 8k-9k per sqft for decent villas in Sector 131.
Depends on the facing and amenities, but U15 is roughly right.
ATS is definitely a better brand. But before you jump, check the RERA registration number for both projects. Ensures legitimacy.
Bhai, I invested in ATS Greens Village 3 years ago. No complaints so far. Quality is good, and they deliver on their promises. Thoda costly hai, but worth it in the long run.
Jaypee? Run. Just run. So many cases pending in court.
Sector 133 mein Jaypee Greens toh bahut popular hai, but quality control ka issue toh hai. Maybe get a pre-possession inspection done by a professional?

Jaypee ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai bhai. They have a history of delayed projects and quality issues. ATS is definitely better, but pricey. Worth it depends on your budget and priorities, honestly.
Plaster cracks? Haan, Jaypee Wishtown mein toh common problem hai. My friend had to get it fixed within a year of moving in.
