Jaypee vs. ATS: Which builder is better in Noida?

Hey guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida real estate. I've been looking at projects by Jaypee and ATS. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced issues with either? Which one is better in terms of project delivery timelines? I heard Jaypee projects sometimes get delayed. Kya yeh sach hai? Also, what about the amenities offered? ATS seems to have more green spaces. Mujhe advice chahiye on which builder offers better ROI. Is it worth investing in their under-construction projects? What's your take on their resale value?
