Need advice on builders in Noida! What do you think about Jaypee and ATS? Which one is better in terms of project delivery timelines? Has anyone experienced delays with either of them? Quality-wise, ATS seems to have a better reputation. I've visited a few Jaypee projects, and the finishing wasn't that impressive.
