Jaypee's on-time delivery: sahi hai kya? Or ATS better? Construction quality wise, kisi ko kuch issues pata hai? Maintenance charges kaise hain? I'm confused, bhai. Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one to choose?

ATS Grandstand is good, but expensive. Jaypee... avoid at all costs. It's a financial black hole.
Grandstand is nice, but the traffic in that area is a nightmare. Especially during peak hours.
ATS, hands down. But negotiate hard on the price. They always try to overcharge NRIs. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. They think NRIs are ATMs.
U14 bhai, how much discount did you manage to get?
Jaypee ka toh naam bhi mat lo. My parents invested in their project near Pari Chowk. Still waiting for possession after 10 years! Case is going on in court.
Possession status kya hai for the ATS project you're looking at? Check the RERA website. They're supposed to update it regularly.
Good point! RERA is your best friend in these situations. Don't trust the builder's promises.
Sector 150 is booming right now. New metro line coming up. Rates are going up like crazy. If you're investing, now is the time. But choose wisely, bhai!
I heard ATS is facing some financial issues too. Not Jaypee level, but still. Check their credit rating before investing. RERA website pe mil jayega.
Mere ek dost ne Jaypee Greens mein invest kiya tha. Aaj tak ro raha hai. Don't make the same mistake, bhai!
Construction quality wise, ATS is far better. But their customer service is atrocious. Be prepared to fight for everything. Jaypee...forget about it.
Which project are you considering, OP? That makes a big difference. ATS Infrastructure or ATS HomeKraft? Jaypee Wish Town or something else?
Maintenance charges for ATS Greens Village are insane! Almost 4rs/sqft. Check that before you jump. Jaypee ka I don't know, but I heard it's lower. But then again, you get what you pay for...
4rs/sqft? That's daylight robbery! My society in Sector 75 is only 2.5rs. What all are they covering in that?
Haan yaar, maintenance is a killer. I'm paying almost 5k per month! Wish I'd factored that in properly before buying.
U3 bhai, is that inclusive of everything? Sinking fund, etc.? Because 4rs sounds high even for ATS.
I bought in ATS nearly 5 years ago. Possession was delayed by almost 2 years. But honestly, the build quality is decent. No major complaints so far. Jaypee... well, I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole after what happened to their buyers.
ATS is definitely better than Jaypee. Jaypee ka toh bura haal hai. But even ATS, check the specific project. Some are good, some are not so good.
Bhai, both are notorious for delays. Jaypee toh... well, you know. ATS is relatively better, but 'better' is a low bar here. Construction quality wise, ATS is generally considered slightly superior. But check recent projects, yaar.
Jaypee? On-time delivery? Are you serious, bhai? That's like saying Modi ji is quiet! ATS is a safer bet, but do your due diligence. RERA check kiya?
