Jaypee vs. ATS: Which builder is more reliable?

I'm looking at properties by Jaypee and ATS in Noida. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? Which one is better for investment in the long run, considering resale value? Kya aap logon ko pata hai unki reputation kaisi hai? Mujhe advice chahiye, please!
