Jaypee vs. ATS: Which builder is more reliable?

Hi all, I'm considering buying a property in Noida. I've shortlisted Jaypee and ATS. What do you think about their project delivery timelines? Has anyone experienced delays with either? Which one is better regarding construction quality and after-sales service? Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai which builder offers better ROI in Noida currently? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
