ATS green hai, sahi hai. But Jaypee ka location. Which one is better for resale value? Has anyone faced hidden charges from either? Mujhe advice chahiye. Don't know what to do.

Honestly, both have their pros and cons. Depends on your risk appetite and budget. Do your research thoroughly before investing.
I would personally lean towards ATS, but that's just my opinion. Jaypee's past issues are a major red flag for me.
So, what did you decide, OP? Which one are you going with? Hope you made an informed decision!
Check the OC (Occupancy Certificate) before you book anything! That's the most important document.
Possession status kya hai dono projects ka? That's the first thing you should check. Delayed projects are a headache!
U20, Good point. RERA website pe check karo, sab information mil jayega.
New metro line is coming up near Pari Chowk. That might boost resale value for Jaypee projects in that area.
ATS is definitely a safer bet, but you'll pay a premium for it. Jaypee is riskier, but potentially higher reward if you choose wisely and the project gets completed on time.
Did anyone face issues with parking space allocation in either of these projects? That's a big problem in Noida.
Don't just look at resale value. Think about your lifestyle. Which one offers better amenities and is closer to your workplace?
Mera dost ne ATS mein invest kiya tha 5 saal pehle. He's happy with his decision. But market conditions have changed since then. Rates are crazy high now!
True, bhai. Inflation is hitting everyone. Real estate is not as lucrative as it used to be.
U16, Which ATS project did your friend invest in? And what's the appreciation he's seen?
Jaypee ka location is good, but their construction quality is questionable. I've heard stories of seepage and poor finishing.
U19, Exactly! That's my main concern with Jaypee. Location is great, but what's the point if the house is falling apart?
What's the price difference per sqft between the two in the area you're looking at? That's the most important factor, right?
I heard Jaypee is still struggling with some projects. Be careful, yaar. RERA mein complaint bhi register kar sakte ho agar problem hui toh.
ATS Green is a good option. But check the builder's track record in terms of timely possession and quality of construction. I've seen some complaints online.
Haan, exactly. Noida mein yahi problem hai. Promises bahut karte hain, deliver kuch nahi.
U11, Where did you see these complaints online? Can you share the links?
Sector 137 mein ATS ka rate kya chal raha hai abhi? Anyone has recent info?
Hidden charges are a standard practice, yaar. I bought in Noida Extension 5 years ago, and they sprung so many surprises on me at the last minute. Now I am very careful. Always get everything in writing!
Exactly! Agreement mein sab kuch mention hona chahiye. Warna baad mein rona padega.
U3, Which builder were you dealing with? Just so we know to avoid them!
U3, True that. Even after getting everything in writing, they try to wiggle their way out. Lawyers are your best friend in these cases.
ATS has a better reputation, generally speaking. But Jaypee has some prime locations, especially with the schools and hospitals already functional. Tough choice!
Jaypee ka maintenance charges are very high. Check that before you decide. And their previous track record is questionable. ATS is better in that regard.
ATS green toh definitely premium hai, but resale ka guarantee nahi de sakte. Depends on the specific project and location. Jaypee ka location advantage hai, especially if near Pari Chowk. Hidden charges toh dono mein expect karo, bhai. Read the fine print carefully.
Bhai, resale value depends on so many things! Which sector are you looking at? ATS Green Village or ATS Greens Paradiso? Jaypee Greens Wish Town toh bahut bada hai, which part?
