ATS promised amenities are still missing after a year. Jaypee's resale value, though? I'm not sure. Has anyone else faced similar issues? Which one is better for long-term investment? Looking for opinions!

Long-term investment depends on your risk appetite. Both Jaypee and ATS have their pros and cons. Do your due diligence!
I think ATS has better locations generally, but Jaypee is more likely to deliver (eventually). Tough call.
So, what did you decide? Jaypee or ATS? Or something else entirely?
Check the builder's financial health. If they are heavily indebted, the project might get stalled. That's the biggest risk these days.
Market is crazy right now! Rates are going up because of the new metro line extension. So, think carefully before you delay your purchase.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another builder. I learnt my lesson. Now I only buy ready-to-move-in properties.
Someone said Sector 150 is booming. True, but the traffic is a nightmare! Consider that before you buy there.
Has anyone considered investing in plots instead of apartments? Seems like a less risky option these days.
Sector 137 mein kya rates chal rahe hain? Anyone know? I'm looking to buy a 2BHK.
Sector 137 mein around 6500-7500 per sq ft depending on the project and amenities.
Negotiate hard! Builders are desperate to sell inventory. You can definitely get a good deal.
Don't forget to factor in registration and other hidden costs. They add up quickly!
Honestly, both are risky. But if I had to choose, I'd probably go with Jaypee IF you can get a good deal on resale and do a thorough inspection. ATS is just too unreliable.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Same story every time. I'm starting to think I'll never get possession.
Which project are you talking about? File a complaint with RERA. That's the only way to get their attention.
Been there, done that. It's a frustrating experience. Hang in there!
I'm an NRI, so I'm relying on online reviews and friends. It's so hard to get accurate info from so far away. Anyone have experience with ATS Pious Hideaways? I was considering investing there.
Pious Hideaways? Bhai, be careful. Heard a lot of complaints about that project. Delayed possession and poor construction quality. Research properly.
For long-term investment, location is key. Think about proximity to the upcoming Jewar airport. That will drive up prices in the long run.
Sector 150 is definitely the place to be. But even there, ATS Green is facing delays, right? I heard the sports facilities are still not ready.
Haan exactly! My friend bought there a year ago. He's still waiting for the promised swimming pool and tennis court.
RTI dalo bhai! Maybe that will speed things up. Or at least get you some answers.
Swimming pool toh dur ki baat hai, basic maintenance bhi theek se nahi karte. They are charging premium rates for sub-par service.
I bought in Jaypee Greens in 2015. Possession mila, but the quality was…questionable. Had to spend a lot on repairs. Be very careful and get a good inspection done before you commit.
RERA registration number check karo for both projects. That will give you a clearer picture of their compliance.
RERA compliance is one thing, actually delivering on promises is another. Many builders find loopholes.
Good point! RERA website is your best friend in these situations. Don't trust what the builders say.
ATS mein toh bhai, they promise the moon and deliver a pebble. Jaypee ka resale is dicey, true. But at least they completed projects. What's the location you're looking at?
Totally agree yaar! ATS is all marketing hype. Jaypee is a risk because of their past, but ATS is a risk because they just don't seem to finish anything. I'd lean towards Jaypee if the price is right.
