Real rental yield wahan pe 2-2.5% se zyada expect mat karo. Mera ek friend rehta hai wahan, usne 1.5 Cr mein liya tha 2BHK. Ab rent pe diya hai toh mushkil se ₹30k mil rahe hain. Plus maintenance alag. So, not great for rental income.
