JBBS RC Enclave parking is a nightmare
Two years ago we sold our big house, thinking a compact flat in JBBS RC Enclave would be manageable. But parking has become a real headache. Builder ne promised kiya tha reserved parking, ab lottery system bol rahe hain. Kids have moved out, we just need one reliable spot. Is this common? What did others do?

Agar builder ne reserved parking ka promise kiya tha, toh sales agreement mein uska mention hoga. Check your documents thoroughly. Agar usmein explicitly likha hai, then you have a strong case. Otherwise, verbal promises don't hold much value.

Is project ka price range ₹16 L – ₹41 L hai. Is range mein bhi parking ki guarantee nahi? Itne mein toh aur options mil jayenge. What's the point of buying if basic amenities like parking are not guaranteed?

U11, as per their info, possession date is 2026-05-01. But given that RERA number is not applicable, it's a huge red flag. Builders often use this loophole.

Sahi kaha. JBBS se toh dur hi raho. Mere ek dost ne Ajayabpur mein inka project liya tha, ab tak possession nahi mila hai.
