Construction quality in Noida projects feels like a total lottery these days. We're upgrading to a 3BHK, kids are growing, so a safe, usable play area is non-negotiable. My wife's priority is really about the day-to-day living experience. Considering JBBS RC Enclave, it looks promising online. But I'm worried about the actual construction quality – like, any cracks or seepage showing up after a year of possession? And those promised amenities, especially the clubhouse and children's play area, are they genuinely well-maintained and used, or just for show?
