Did a site visit to JBMR The Oasis Residences on Saturday. Everyone glorifies luxury projects, but no one talks about the actual living experience. The carpet area efficiency yahan pe mujhe thodi fishy lagi, honestly. Builders ka super area vs carpet area game pata hai. What about noise levels and air quality? Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe sahi lag raha hai? Change my mind.
