JDS Eco City: Amenities ka sach aur community vibe

Two years of renting in Noida Extension, and I'm finally fed up paying someone else's EMI. JDS Real Estate Eco City dekh raha hoon Greater Noida mein. Paper pe toh sab sahi lagta hai, but actual living experience kaisa hai wahan? Amenities ki reality kya hai? Are the gym, pool, clubhouse actually well-maintained and usable, ya sirf show-off ke liye? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Family ke liye friendly community hai ya isolated feel hota hai? Koi wahan rehta hai toh please batao.

Bhai, JDS Real Estate ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Inka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Mere friend ne ek project mein invest kiya tha Alistonia Estate ke paas, 2 saal ho gaye possession ki date extend karte hue. Eco City mein bhi mujhe doubt hai ki amenities paper pe jo dikhti hain, woh actual mein deliver hongi ya nahi. Builder delays aur quality issues bahut common hain inke sath. Budget-conscious buyers ke liye yeh ek bada risk ho sakta hai. Kya aapne RERA registration number check kiya hai project ka?
