Honestly, I'm finding it tough to manage property research from Dubai. Looking at Jeevan Octave. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai, especially for ongoing projects? Realistically, what kind of rental yield expect kar sakte hain wahan? Aur resale market kitni liquid hai? Can't do site visits, so ground reality is important. Property management options bhi batao.
Did some deep diving on Jeevan Octave online. I'm based in Dubai, so site visit can't happen. Price range ₹1.08-1.63 Cr dikh raha hai. Capital appreciation forecast kya hai for investors? Aur real rental yield kitna mil sakta hai idhar? Worried about resale liquidity in 5-7 years, will it be easy to exit? Kya community mein koi experience hai?
Since last year I've been eyeing properties in Bengaluru, aur ab Jeevan Octave pe aake atak gaya hoon. Everyone talks about the price point (₹1.08-1.63 Cr) being good, but seriously, is it actually liveable? Builders ka brochures toh sab kuch achha dikhate hain, but amenity reality kya hai? Swimming pool, gym... kitna use hota hai? Ya bas maintenance badhane ke liye hai? I'm worried about the community vibe too, doesn't seem very friendly. Change my mind, please.
