Jewar Airport and FNG: Kitna real hai price jump?

Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the infra talk around Noida Extension. We're looking for a 3BHK, kids bade ho rahe hain, so school and safe neighbourhood is my wife's top priority. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, maybe a little more for the right place. Everyone's talking about Jewar Airport, FNG Expressway, and the Metro extensions. Log bol rahe hain ki prices are set to jump. But which specific areas, like near Sector 150 ya Greater Noida West, will actually see the biggest appreciation from these? Aur yeh projects ka completion timeline kitna realistic hai? Don't want to buy in a 'future' that's 10 years away. Koi experience hai kya with these infra promises? Is it worth stretching for a property banking on these projects, or better to look at more established areas?
