Jewar Airport ka sara appreciation already priced in hai, I'm pretty sure. Fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya fir se. Finally taking the plunge, but confused about Greater Noida. Around ₹80L-₹1Cr budget hai for a 2/3BHK. Noida Extension ya Sector 83 mein kuch affordable milega kya? FNG Expressway ka impact kahan zyada dikhega? Should I look near Yamuna Expressway instead? Koi experience share karo please, especially from first-time buyers. Yeh EMI vs rent math abhi bhi sahi lag raha hai kya?
