Jewar Airport appreciation is just builder hype
Did a quick round of projects near Jewar Airport last week, and honestly, prices are already insane. Looking for a 3BHK for my growing family, wife wants good schools and a safe area for the kids. Builders bol rahe hain ki Jewar Airport ki wajah se prices bilkul shoot ho jayenge in 3-5 saal. But is it real appreciation hai ya sirf hype? Airport aur metro extension se bohot ROI milega, sab bolte hain, but kitna realistic hai? Kya sach mein itni high appreciation hogi, ya yeh bas builder ka sales pitch hai? Also, with so much development around Jewar, jyada crowded nahi ho jayega, aur peaceful vibe chali jayegi? Not sure if the promised returns justify current prices, especially for a family home. Koi tips hain ki genuine long-term potential ko market fomo se kaise differentiate karein?
