Jewar Airport area: Realistic timelines, or delays?

Anyone else watching videos about the Jewar Airport development? This one mentions the airport aiming for two runways by 2024. Seems super ambitious. Given how long infrastructure projects usually take around Noida, does anyone actually believe that timeline? I'm looking at investing in land nearby, but wary of getting stuck if the airport gets delayed. What's been your experience with similar mega projects and promised possession dates? Are delays the norm?
