Jewar Airport effect: Are affordable investments still possible?

₹1.1 Cr for my 3BHK in Sector 152 last month, things nobody told me about infrastructure impact. Jewar airport aur FNG Expressway ke announcements ke baad se prices kaafi upar chale gaye hain. But I'm wondering, are there still affordable investment windows near these infra corridors, especially around Noida Extension ya Yamuna Expressway? Ya sab already priced in ho gaya? What's the scene for smaller 2BHKs, will they see good ROI? Any tips for finding those hidden gems?
