Jewar Airport Impact: Better than Sector 150 Noida?

Saw the Noida airport inauguration video. Looks massive! They're saying it'll help with congestion at Delhi airport and boost UP. I'm looking at property options around Noida, and wondering if investing near Jewar will give better ROI than, say, Sector 150. Anyone compared property values or future appreciation potential in both areas? Honestly not sure which way to go. Thoughts?
